Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at IT Solver. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the IT Solver Online Store, in an IT Solver Store, or on the phone with the IT Solver. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as the “IT Solver Store” in this policy.)

Standard Return Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the IT Solver Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

  • The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions and IT Solver Store Gift Cards.
  • For returns to an IT Solver Store for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions over $750, IT Solver will mail a refund check to you within 10 business days.
  • In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, IT Solver will offer you an IT Solver Gift Card.
  • Opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging.
  • IT Solver provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft.  If these features have been activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession of the phone, IT Solver may refuse the return or exchange.
  • To return a product purchased at the IT Solver Store please contact us at shop@itsolver.net or 07 3123 6000. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • You can always contact us for any return question at shop@itsolver.net.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
